Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 4 – employing or otherwise engaging individual to engage in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification (x2).
Summary: On March 30, 2015 Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection at PREM Auto & Truck Repairs, located in Mississauga. Two individuals were confirmed to be performing work of a truck and coach technician (310T) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being members of the College.
On June 12, 2015, Premkumar pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 4 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
