Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On June 24, 2015 Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers performed an inspection in Burlington. Scott was found performing work of an automotive service technician (310S) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On Dec. 15, 2015, Scott pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009; the sentence was suspended.
