Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Feb. 4, 2014 Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection at M&M Auto Parts & Service, located in London. Two individuals were performing work of an auto body and collision damage repairer (310B) and auto body repairer (310Q) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being members of the College.
Nov. 27, 2014, Skowrow pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
