Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On May 11, 2015, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection in Vaughan. One individual was confirmed to be performing work of a truck and coach technician (310T) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On Mar. 3, 2016, Fiorenza pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
