Charges: Part III Provincial Offences Act summons for offences under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 (OCTAA),, sec. 86 (7) – obstruction of an inspector in the course of his duties.

Summary: On March 15, 2018, as a result of a public complaint, Ontario College of Trades inspectors conducted a compliance inspection regarding plumbing work performed on a construction project located at 1830 Huron Church Road in Windsor, ON.

On March 15, 2018, a College inspector visited the site and requested information from Ervis Gjurkaj about the plumbing work in order to determine OCTAA compliance by Mr. Gjurkaj and by a related business entity.
