Charge: Part III Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Oct. 13, 2015, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers performed an interview with Bolton home owners after receiving a complaint that an unqualified individual performed work in their home on June 25, 2015. Siev was confirmed to be performing work of a plumber (306A) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On Jan. 4, 2016, Siev pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
