Charge: Part III Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Apr. 10, 2015 Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers performed an inspection at Fort York Dental located in Toronto after received information with regards to an unauthorized individual performing compulsory work. Lameiramandi was confirmed to be performing work of a plumber (306A) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On Jan. 22, 2016, Lameiramandi pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
