Charge: Part III Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 86 (7) – obstruction of investigators and inspectors.
Summary: On Jul. 16, 2015, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers performed an inspection at Chuck’s Auto Repair in Midland. Marchildon was confirmed to be performing work of an automotive service technician (310S) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On Jan. 15, 2016, Marchildon pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 86 (7) of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
