Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Nov. 24, 2015, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection at a residential construction site, located in Toronto. Two individuals were confirmed to be performing work of residential sheet metal installers (308R) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being members of the College.
On Feb. 26, 2016, Yuan failed to appear and was charged in absentia under sec. 4 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
