Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Sept. 23, 2014, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection at A-Line Automotive and Transmission located in Mississauga. Four individuals were confirmed to be performing work of an automotive service technician (310S) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being members of the College.
On Dec. 15, 2015, Haacke pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
