Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Aug. 21, 2014, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted a follow up inspection at Nigel’s Auto Body located in London. Mullings was confirmed to be performing work of an auto body and collision damage repairer (310B) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On April 28, 2015, Mullings pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
