Charge: Part I Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, sec. 2 – individual engaging in compulsory trade without a Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Jan. 26, 2015, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an Inspection at new residential construction site in Toronto. Daryosh was confirmed to be performing work of a plumber (306A) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being a member of the College.
On April 27, 2015, Daryosh pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
