Charge: Part III Provincial Offences Act summons for an offence under the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, section 4 – employing or otherwise engaging individual to engage in compulsory trade without Certificate of Qualification.
Summary: On Oct. 31, 2014, Ontario College of Trades enforcement officers conducted an inspection at a residence in Concord. Two individuals were confirmed to be performing work of a truck and coach technician (310T) while not having a Certificate of Qualification or being members of the College.
On April 14, 2015, Fisher pleaded guilty to the charge under sec. 2 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009.
